I realized about halfway through college that all I was doing was:
1. Enroll in course
2. Buy book for course
3. Attend lectures covering material in book
4. Get tested on material covered in book
Steps 1, 3, and 4 were quite expensive, and not much better than if I had simply bought the book and read it myself!

We'll see how it goes.
